Atty. Portia A. Martinez - Panergo
A member of the bar since 1992, she invigorated the firm’s practice with her dynamic advocacy and quickly established a formidable reputation as an expert trial and election lawyer. She is currently on official leave, serving as the Presiding Judge of the Regional Trial Court, Branch 60, stationed in Lucena City.
Atty. Lualhati A. Martinez
Admitted in 1964, she brought decades of invaluable courtroom experience and deep public service insights following her distinguished tenure as Chief of the Public Attorney’s Office (PAO) in Lucena City.

Today, the firm is spearheaded by Atty. Fay Angela B. Borja - Martinez and Atty. Ryan A. Martinez, both admitted to the Bar in 2005.
