Atty. Borja-Martinez brings over twenty (20) years of distinguished experience in high-stakes litigation, land acquisition, and developer representation. As a fierce and tactical litigator, she specializes in complex criminal prosecution and defense. She has successfully facilitated high-value commercial real estate transactions and resolved multi-party land title disputes while strategically mitigating future litigation risks. Additionally, she serves as outside general counsel to prominent property developers, corporate boards, and family estates.

Atty. Ryan A. Martinez

Senior Partner — Litigation; Real Estate & Property Law, Corporate Compliance & Governance Specialist.

Atty. Martinez offers a robust background in public service and corporate governance. Prior to private practice, he served as the Legal Officer (2005) for the National Youth Commission (NYC) under the Office of the President, and later as Vice-President for Corporate Affairs (2011) and Acting President and CEO (2021) of Food Terminal Incorporated (FTI), a prominent GOCC. He routinely handles complex civil, administrative, and labor disputes. A trusted consultant for domestic and international companies, he advises on corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and risk management. He also serves as external corporate secretary for firms across the retail, transportation, and property sectors.
